Tracy Chien serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller. She joined Kodiak Sciences in 2018 and provided important leadership through the company’s initial public offering and transition of operations from a private to public company.
Previously, Tracy was in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers working in the Toronto, San Jose, and Sydney offices. During her tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tracy’s focus was in the life sciences sector, as well as asset management and venture capital.
Tracy received her Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. She is chartered professional accountant in Canada.
